Using the information gathered from these surveys in addition to other independent research, Straughn Trout Architects will work closely with the City of Winter Haven and other identified stakeholder groups to develop concurrent programming and feasibility studies that will identify the community needs for future facilities that will replace the existing Chain of Lakes Complex before it is demolished to make way for the $150M The Landings development.
